→Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
→Trash service is on Monday, please put the trash receptacle (located on the driveway side of the house) on the curb on Sunday and replace it by the side of the house Monday after pickup (we’ll send reminders).
→To provide a superior stay we will occasionally have professional services at the property (landscapers, lawn maintenance, etc). We will do our best to give notice of their arrival, which should be fairly non-invasive.
→Our backyard is fenced but was designed more to promote community and less for privacy. The fence is lower to the ground, about 4’ tall and easily affords the opportunity to say “hi” to the neighbors. Please have fun, be respectful, and enjoy the amenities we offer.
For your peace of mind and the protection of our space, a $300 security deposit is required for each reservation. Rest assured, this amount will be promptly refunded within 3 days after checkout, pending no incidents. More information can be found in our additional house rules.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a security camera doorbell, as well as a camera(s) on the front and back exterior of the property and are able to see if people outside your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the sewage system clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to you to have a plumber come and make repairs.

This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

NO unauthorized pets of any kind, no exceptions
NO cats due to serious allergy restrictions
NO Excessive guests
NO Mailing Packages to the home.
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10 PM! There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit being retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.
PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and a claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
** Smoking in the home: $150
**Lost Keys: $50 to rekey (there is a lock box on the property that contains a key)
**Unauthorized pet on premises: $200 per pet fee will be assessed + any damages and additional cleaning fees.
**Late Checkout Past 10 am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $200
Our grill is electric, please clean and recover it after usage.
